Registration
The largest change from last year is that we are adding a registration fee. The bulk of this fee will go toward the hiring of a photographer for happy hour. Any remaining funds will go to happy hour appetizers.

After registration, you will be provided with a link to join our private Discord server where you can get acquainted with other attendees. A link to the finalized schedule will be distributed to registrants via email. Registrants will also gain access to the photo link that will contain photos from the professional photographer as well as candid shots from other attendees.
Photographer and MUA
The photographer during happy hour will be available for posed pictures with lights and a photography background as well as candid shots of the group. Within the 2 hour period there should be ample time for each attendee to get a few minutes with the photographer*. If one is interested in additional pictures, a private photoshoot can be scheduled. For those interested in make-up artist services, we will be distributing appointment information to all attendees. Both, the private photoshoots and MUA services will require additional fees to be paid directly to the service provider.

*Note: The number of nights we have a photographer will depend on the number of attendees - more attendees means more nights with a photographer.
What is Discord?
You are likely familiar with the serial discussions on Facebook messenger or WhatsApp, but might be new to Discord. A Discord server offers topical channels where parallel discussions can occur and is a bit more manageable for large groups. It is rather intuitive and easy to use and our server is completely private to our group. You have the option of downloading the app or using within a browser, potentially in incognito mode. While email updates will also be provided, Discord will be the primary vehicle for event updates, free time activity planning and general banter on any topic that might be of interest to the group.
